Strange contrast of reactions

One of the things that really struck me in today's episode was the contrasting reactions of Vasu and Kaushi.

During the 'samdhan' song sequence, Kaushi is singing so emotionally, 'meri chhaaya hai jo aapke ghar chali' and Vasu is taking her hands in her own as if to console and reassure her that she'll take care of her daughter and everything will be fine.

Cut to two minutes later....song over, Indrajit suggests that the women all sleep in one room and men in the other and instantly both Vasu and Kaushi's faces just fall😕😆

Kaushi even tries to ask if some other arrangements can be made.....To say that the two women looked uncomfortable would be an understatement😆

Why do you think it was so?? Throughout the rest of the episode otherwise, Kaushi was smiling at Vasu while watching her with her arm around Ragini and all that.

But the sleeping arrangement suddenly became such a big deal for the women???😕 I guess they really do value their personal space a lot😆

well i think it would be odd to sleep in the same room with the family that you don't know much... I personally like sleeping by myself can't even stand my sister sleeping i the same room

Its so weird!!! They were both so uncomfortable about the sleeping arrangement....as if they haven't slept like that before....I kinda found that odd especially since they were both fine when they actually got in room before sleeping😕 I mean, I love sleeping by myself in my big comfy bed but when you're spending the nite at other places with many relatives, it ends up with the guys in one place and the girls in one place....hmmmm, I guess they really didn't want to leave their hubbys😆

Lol true.... But then sharing room was a bit discomfort but they had adjusted however...

Well I can understand that ppl like their personal space and their own beds and all, but I just found it odd in that moment cuz just two minutes before that Vasu and Kaushi were acting as if they're long lost sisters or something! lol

@Apux: Yeah probably they didn't wanna leave their hubbies.....Vasu must've found a new found love for Indrajit thanks to the way Mamaji was praising her so much in his song.....haha

Someone mentioned that it could be because Vasu felt uncomfortable sleeping with the Sharma family women as that's kind of lowering her status and perhaps Kaushi sensed that and said something..?

I thought that that could be a plausible explanation.

Yeah. Vasu is the type to have such contrast in emotions and Kaushi is cautious of Vasu as she's scared that Vasu might change her mind or whatever hence she tries to make Vasu happy.

no i dont think its a matter of personal space, i dont know abotu vasu but for kaushi i think its a matter of somthing like the whole idea that the grooms family is greater then teh girls, so it wouldnt be right to sleep with them, and for them to let htem be. she prolly didnt want to disturb them or be intruding at thier farmhouse
