spouse is unfaithful..right royally ..divorce and get out ..if u have the means to survive in the world....I think suku can walk away ..nothing wrong!!!!!!

I am very confused as to how Alaap can still hang on to all of Milind's property.

I don't remember Milind signing any Power of Attorney papers before he left the house to search for Prachi. If they assumed that Milind was dead....because of the truck accident......surely.....when Milind turned up....his will would be null and void.....as he is still alive.

And 'statute of limitations' in most countries is 7 years....which means that legally....all the property should have automatically reverted back to Milind. All it needs is for Milind to file the necessary papers to get his property back in his name. He doesn't even need Alaaps' signature to release the property or businesses. The judge can sign on behalf of the courts to put them all back in Milind's name.

Milind should do this and make Alaap a pauper....just to teach Alaap a lesson!! Don't see why Alaap should get away with everything!! 😡
