Shabbir Best Actor Award...Link?

Hey! Happy New Year to all :-) The Indian Telly Awards aired on the 31st and I thought Shabbir won best actor award for his role as Milind and got the telly award. Apparently Not. Does anyone know what award function he recieved the award at? Please let me know. Does anyone have the link or know where I can watch it? Thanks...All the best for 2009! prem_fan!!!
