2007 had to be lot better than ny for me in my entire life

hell ya becz more than my own life the life of those who lost their loved ones was worse than anything

Expectations - i probably have a lot but most of them won't come to anything.

Tbh, nothing was really memorable at all, the end half of the year put a downer on anything positive so all i can remember is passing my exams with straight gradesss - wooo. lol

Not really.

Umm definitely 2007 was soooooo much better for me personally than 2008.

Yes, i think it had its moment. the beginning half was good...but i think later events just in the end made '08 a really crap year.

Quite a lot. Firstly i m truly looking forward to my sem break cuz i haven't gone for vacation for da past 2 yrs....so i m deff taking the 2 weeks brk this time!!! Besides that i haf my graduation coming up in Nov....I have quite a number of resolutions and am totally looking forward to getting them accomplished for good!!And perhaps this time round, I may be going to Mekkah for Umrah with my parents, if Allah wills!!!And after that, maybe a good job in a hospital setting....

More great movies since i m a movie buff!!!

Besides my academics, I have seen a lot of turmoil and a lot of deaths in the news being reported, frequent earthquakes, more violence. It just hurts to know abt it esp during festive seasons....

And then thr was recession which affected the developed countries to a great height too..

Ya plan to write Oracle Architecture exam!!!and plan to expand my bussiness in india..wanna buy some crane n jcb type vehicle in india😊n wanna buy more lands😊

yes,Some part of the world, peoples life is so misrable,cost of living now so high,some place they kill each other...the name of money,religion,cast etc etc...

I feel i've matured over all the years, and they have been better since i understand and know how to tackle difficulties.

It was lovely for me!! After all, there is always gonna be 1 bad seed.. =) Nothing can be perfect.

My child was born in Dec 2007.. so 2008 was my baby's first year.. so all the things she did for the first time like turning, crawling, kissing & hugging me.. 😳 standing, walking, running, climbing, calling me mumma 😳, babbling and many many more adorable things.. all are memorable to me....😃😳

A vacation we are planning for so long.. lets see.... and few more things... 😳

So what are your expectations for 2009?

I'm surprisingly feeling all calm and relaxed about 2009 and naturally, am expecting a lot from it. I guess most of all, I expect to have more time for myself, my family and friends and to pass my finals in december =)

As mentioned in my previous answer - yes, it was a bad year. Not only on the personal front, but also as far as politics is concerned.
