I had never heard of Akriti before Indian Idol Rubaru, but I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. She is only twenty two years old and has already acheived so much. She has a really very beautiful voice too.

The best thing I admired about Akriti was her positive nature. Wow! She is really amazing. I loved her extremely postive response to Bhavya.

She is a really youung singer. She is only 22 years old. I also did not know about her till I watched Rubaru. She was introduced as saying she sang a lot of songs with Himesh.

She is one of my favorites from the new crop of singers. I was aware of her earlier, but I really did not start liking her before Johnny Gaddar. An amazing singer with great voice quality. Here are some videos of her live performances.
