I really feel sad while writing this. Because I am just writing here, and not doing anything for the nation. The constitution does not allow me to vote because I am considered in the categories of "minors" in terms of age.
I wonder. And wonder.
But you are doing something for the nation. Just by writing this thought-provoking post you've brought attention to this justice and made you opinion on this matter visible.
Whether big or small, everything we do can have a big or small affect on the big picture. There are so many ways we can help people - wther it's by smiling at someone in the street, helping a stranger with something, complimenting someone, or just by talking to people. There are so many problems in the world, and some are lucky enough to have the opportunity to make a massive and positive change with their actions or words. Unfortunately some decide to abuse that right, such as many corrupt politicians or members of authority. But it's our moral responsibility to speak out against them, expose their wrong doings, and make the public aware of them while ensuring that the situation does not repeat.
I'm still waiting for an opportunity where I could make a massive change, but I've realised that maybe that's the problem. I was wondering for so long when I'd be able to play the part of a great superhero, I forgot that I'm missing out on so many chances. I could've worked in a charity shop, done community service, and more.
There are people out there twisted enough to believe that they have the right to carry out the mass murder of innocents for a certain cause, and others who so deluded that they give in to material greeds like money over the choice to fight injustice.
But while we're on this earth, we have to fight these in our own little way while making sure we don't worsen the problem more, we have to protect the vulnerable, and identify and stop corruption in socety - and whilst doing this inspire others to do the same.
Good luck :)
(Wow, long post.)
