There's a banner out there promoting a special Kasamh Se and Saath Phere episode.

Henna posted a promo saying the KS promo is of Jigs going negative. Whats the SP episode?

That could be because Jigs is going negative as could Varun.

If we think like an SP writer, it will be an episode of maximum torture. I am sure the KS fans find the possibility of jigs going negative - not their idea of a 'special' episode.

So let's see if I am a SP writer I will come up with the following for the viewers - Maximum pain and suffering

1.Nahar ask Saloni to marry Varun

2. Nahar dies

3. NS finds out Savri is their daughter after she disappears or dies,

4. Nahar finds out he's not dying after Saloni and Varun marries

But since it's only one episode - we will probably find out there is either a treatment that Varun never told Nahar because he has some hostility towards Nahar for taking away his girlfriend (possibly his 1st wife) or Nahar is not really ill
