 A few days ago, Ranbir Kapoor hurt his toe badly while working out at Gold's Gym (Bandra). Arjun Rampal who was also working out there, rushed to his aid. Says an onlooker at the gym, "Ranbir was kicking around a football in between two sets of weights, when he slipped and slammed his right foot toe against the leg press. He was in extreme pain and nursing his toe when Arjun walked in. Rampal took charge of the situation.He called for some ice and put a pack on Kapoor's toe. He also made a make-shift bandage to support the toe and then sent him packing home. Arjun, who has been into sports since a young age, is experienced at giving first-aid. He's learnt how to take care of minor injuries like torn ligaments, pulled muscles and smashed toes." The source adds, "Ranbir's girlfriend, Deepika was extremely concerned when she heard about the injury and immediately called him up. After he left the gym, she asked him to go to the doctor. It was only when the doctor said that the toe was only bruised badly and nothing was broken, that Deepika was relieved.
