It is a mystery how Asma Mohd Rafi still remains in the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2009 fray. At least half a dozen of the previously eliminated contestants are better than her. She remains in the competition not on her singing skills but because she's a comedian with her Hindi and a 'bade baap ki badi beti'! Inspite of her recent improvement, she consistently sings 'besuri' and does not deserve to remain at this level in the competition.
It was sad to see other more deserving candidates being placed in the danger zone while she escaped unscathed. There is surely something fishy about her remaining in the fray. Probably her father, a rich Arab, is a big share holder in Zee.
I hope this injustice does not continue for long. I wonder how many deserving candidates Asma will trample during the competition.
