If you decide to add some debatable question to this topic, then I'll support Options 3/4/5 and will try to justify them accordingly.
Dude each point is equally debateable if personal choices differ. I can debate about against one of the strong point mentioned here - point 1. What is personal portfolio got to do with leadership ? A person might have a messed up personal life, infidelity / broken marraiges / criminal records etc everyone says second chances should be given and yes, people learn from thier mistakes on the contrary if this guy/gal has excellent stratergic frame of mind then why cann't he/she be considered ? Now people will say, when one couldn't get his / her personal portfolio straight, what he will do with leadership qualities, Hey, thoese are two different things / scenario. One great example is (no offy meant) Gandhiji. (Can add more of my thoughts if at all progress on this debate😊).
I was waiting for some real views then point 1 & 2 to trigger arguements. Generally as per my experience if you lay everything down at first go, people just are bored to read ..or read and just go or just come in agreement. You know what I am saying. I sure, will be adding more here, even members are free to bring in thier debateable points related to the topic.
Edit - @ supporting 3/4/5 😆 Man Souro you in real mood to debate. Let me get back with against point on these, in a hurry ..
