her face looks completely different in the first pic.she definitely got some surgery done on her face specially her lips....

Lips and nose. She also has got some kind of tucking done around the eyes

She has a 'trout pout'. Looks like she has gone on Botox overdose/ collagen lip implants like Mrs. Gauri Khan and Preity in KANK.

Major difference, in one picture she is natural self, smiling and in other coated with tons of make up and sharp liners enhancing features adding to the look is her non smily face.

Another major difference one pic is when she was 32 and other when she was 23. 😛😆

She didn't do any surgery! She basically got her eyebrows reshaped, lost weight, wore more makeup and lots of lip liner making her lips look plumper.

If you compare Aishwarya 5 years ago and now, you will see differences as well because as people grow older, we look different.
