1. Kalika openly admits in the presence of the entire family that she has falsely accused Nahar and that she knows that Nahar is innocent. Why didn't anybody think of recording it (the first time around when she admits it, they probably were stunned...but she keeps repeating it and that it was her quest for revenge..blah blah blah) so they could have used their cell and recorded it....or atleast dragged her to the court...she doesn't stand much credibility as it has already been proved that the masi was a fake one and that she (kalika) was deceiving the family. Her threats of being a lawyer doesn't hod water 'cos lawyers are not above the law if they have committed a crime! Her license to practice law would be taken away to say the least!
2. I found that sentencing was pretty much done at the blink of an eye..Nahar didn't have a lawyer or any body representing him in his defence....who was supposed to go looking for clue....we don't have to depend on Saloni to be Nahar's advocate all the time.
3. The final proceedings, of walking Nahar down to the gallows, and Brij and saloni crying and delivering all those dialogues to the judge and then rushing down in the rain, and the car breaking down,....etc. was way too dramatic, filmy and predictable...
Well... these are my thoughts for the day ....any body has some more to add?
