'Malhotra House, St.Parks Street please' said a lovely 25-year-old girl as she entered a taxi.
D: Ji ma'am.
Girl: Ma'am nahi Kanya. Mera naam Kanya hai'
D: 'Ji Kanya ji. Mein hoon Jitender'
Suddenly Kanya's mobile starts ringing.
K: Ek minute Jitender ji
'Kan, when are going to reach here?' screamed a voice from the other end of Kanya's mobile.
K: Shan, I'll be there in 30 mins. Wait karo na! Flight late ho gayi so that's not my fault!' replied Kanya.
This voice belonged to none other than''''''SHANAYA!
S: Achha baba! Teek hai. Paanch saal hogayi hai tumhe dekh hai aur kitna wait karma hoga?
K: Sirf aadha ganta aur
S: Agar tum late aaya tho bahiyya ko bohuth dukh hoga!'
K: Pata hai, Shan. Issiliye mein ek second bhi waste nahi kiya tumhare ghar aane mein. Aakhir meri pyaari dost ki bhaiyya aur meri saabse achha dost ki shaadi hai. Mein agar shaadi miss kiya toh mujhe bhi bohut bura lagega. Shan, mein abh phone rakti hoon. Tumhare ghar ke paas awunga toh phone karunga. Teek hai? Bye'
Kanya drifted into her own world. As she passed by the streets of Mumbai she remembered her old days. Her collage days were the most important for her. Her life had changed after Collage. She left for New York for studies when she was 20. She was glad that after so much traveling she could rest at her home rather Shanaya's home peacefully.
