I feel Shankar is really a very tragic character:
1. He doesn't get as much care and love from his family members as Swati and Shaurya do!đ
2. He's also still innocent and gullible as we know that the family is his weakness. Even though RPS also loves his family, he's actually the one who uses his brains rather than get emotional! This is therefore a big drawback of Shankar which could get him into a lot of trouble in the future
3. Gayatri is his only support, to whom he sometimes expresses his feelings, but most of the times, he just keeps it all inside - this could also result in great frustration and depression.
4. He's the one who gets all the blame at the end - in case of Swati incident - Swati has completely isolated herself especially from Shankar and RPS also blamed Shankar's bad temper for Swati getting to know things about their family business!đĄ
I am really feeling for Shankar as there's just nothing going right for him, the only source of his happiness which is complete for him is his to-be-born baby, towards which he's really sensitive and cute!đł
