As seen in the current panorama, not a single class or cluster of people is responsible for the controversies in India. Every class and even every person is now creating controversies. Now in current context, we have seen two things most of the time on news channels one of them is nuke deal and second one is Arushi's murder case. So we can say that every one can create scandal with the help of media.

I don't live in India but I have a very close special friend living there. I agree with Amit, people trigger the media to expand the controversies. I think people should be a bit precautious though especially when they don't want to create controversies. They can be a bit precautious by not starting a debate or whatever in public outside a building.
