oh well, as far as i know dialogue/script writers make references to events in the past that neednt necessarily have occured... may be this was one such instance... yeah cuz i dont recall a promise being made either!!

Hun forget Sarna I bet it was Prachi's concious that spoke hurt and agitated at him giving in to Mallika's force....... ofcourse she gave away quite a bit and he too as Reems pointed out now when did they attend candle light dinners prior to this....😊 and hun it's not realistic so no blame on the decreatives at all.😆
