Another debutant making her big screen appearance.

Month of July would see yet another debutant making her big screen appearance. She goes by the name of Kaveri Jha.

This 21 year old girl has participated in 2005 Miss India contest and has acted in a couple of films down South since then. After being a face of number of commercials, Kaveri would finally be making her debut in a Hindi film with HIJACK. Appearing as Shiney Ahuja's wife in the film, she also gets to play a mother of a young girl. However, she gets to don a variety of costumes in the film as she is shown to be going through a transition from being Shiney's girlfriend to wife.

Though the film has Esha Deol in a principal role (as an airhostess of a flight which gets hijacked), Kaveri too promises to make her presence felt in a relatively smaller part. Apart from HIJACK, she would also be seen in horror flick FLAT later this year.
