Rajshri Thakur will quit Ek Se Badhkar Ek. The weekend reality show has been surrounded by several controversies of late.
From catfights over costumes to Abhijeet Bhattacharya quitting after objecting to the participation of Pakistani rubbishes such claims. She has a ligament problem on her leg.. something she has even when she signed on Ek Se.. the pain has increased over the weeks. Now her doctor has advised her to stop dancing.
Reportedly Ahmed Khan felt bad that ace dancers like Kushal Punjabi and Abhishek singers.. to his returning to the show, full of apologies. Fan votes And now this. The buzz is that Rajshri, better knows as Saloni of Saat Phere, has stuck around the show only because of her fans.. not her talent.
The actress, however, Awasthi slipped into the danger zone.
Rajshri remained safe. She denies this, saying she was also in the danger zone. The cold war between the judges and her is nothing but hype, she insists.
"If a tap leaks water, it is said that there's a flood," she says. The actress contenders left in the competition.
All the same, the former Indian Idol runner-up hopes to get himself another partner.
Tarun Mehra, business head, Zee TV, however says, "We are unaware of any such developments."
