Ranvir keeps talking about how he misses his family. What if his family is dead. (Maybe wife or parents) and Milind is responsible for their deaths. The accident Milind had in Turkey comes to mind. Milind may not remember their deaths because he may have had a little amnesia then. This sometimes happens in real life when people have amnesia after a traumatic event and the brain does not remember the full event. This also may explain his PA after his cliff fall.....as his brain was already partially damaged in the Turkey accident.

Ranvir's agenda is to kill Milind. But now he sees Milind and his family....he may want to kill Milind and take his place in the family....

It's feasible.
