the nurse comes and hands milsi his tablets. she leaves and milsi sees prachi near the entrance. she slowly walks up to him and he turns the other side ignoring her. prachi walks to the other side and looks at him. she hands him his medicine, milsi moves his hand forward, but instead of taking the medicine he grabs a magazine and flicks it open. he turns the other side and prachi walks to the other side and looks at him again. milsi moves forward to cover himself with the blanket, prachi puts the medicine down and tries to do it for him, their hands touch and they stare at one another. milsi pushes her hand away and turns the other side. prachi walks towards the door and milsi looks at her leaving, prachi stops and turns and looks at him. he turns away and she continues to walk off. prachi stops again and looks back, milsi looks at her and extends his arm towards her. she runs to him and they hug. prachi apologises and complains that he isnt talking to her and either is neev. milsi consoles her and reassures her that neev will forgive her and they will become friends again. he tells her to go home, she refuses but he reminds her that she hurt her ankle and she needs to rest it. she agrees. she gets up and gives him his medicine. she turns to leave by milsi holds the end of her sari and she goes close to him. she says that suk is waiting for her and she leaves.
the masked man is shown walking into the hospital building. one nurse goes to give neev his medicine, but she is stopped and told that he has already had his medicine and they go to the next floor.
the masked man is shown entering neevs room and he tries to stab the body but he is stopped by the person under the blanket. the blanket falls down to reveal milsi and milsi says that he knew neevs life was in danger thats why he took neevs place. they fight and the masked man's jacket comes off revealing a tattoo. milsi grabs the murderer and says that he will finally find out who is behind the mask. as he tries to take off the mask, prachi comes in and is shocked at what she is seeing. she calls out for milsi, he gets distracted by her and the masked man pushes milsi, holds on to prachi and point the knife at her. milsi warns him to leave prachi alone. the masked man pushes prachi onto milsi and runs off. milsi chases him but loses him outside the building. he enters his room and sees prachi with a few nurses. one nurse asks what happened and asks if he is ok. they leave and prachi is thankful that milsi is ok. milsi is upset and asks prachi why she came back. she tells him that she came to get her mobile. milsi blasts her and says that he phone wasn't going anywhere and that because of her he didn't get to know the identity of the masked man. prachi is upset and apologies and walks out. milsi feels bad.
prachi is on the balcony thinking of all the times she has upset milsi. milsi comes and asks if she is still upset. she turns around and asks him if she has made another mistake and if he has come to snap at her.
milsi apologises and says he doesnt know why but he always releases his anger on her and in turn gets angry with himself. prachi mentions her dad and says how much she loved him. she feels that whoever she loves is always taken away from her, but despite that she fell in love with him.she says that she is always upsetting milsi and that whenever he snaps at her she gets upset. she says that in order to prevent him from getting hurt or upset she is going to leave him. she walks off and milsi punches the balcony in frustration and hurts his arm in the process. his arm starts bleeding.
