Bollywood has definitely given us some unforgettable jodis... but it's not always a guy and a girl that show a great connection on-screen... sometimes you get to see a brilliant relationship between girls (actress with actress) and guys (actor with actor)... whether they're being shown as the best of friends, brothers, sisters, father and son or mother and daughter...

Two characters of the same gender can also put across a beautiful realtionship...

in men i like Amitabh and Abhishek bachchan combo....they are just splendid! they were brilliant in sarkar raj !!
in the ladies i...ummm...i cant come up with any....

Guys has to be srk/salman and srk/saif as well i think.

As for girls rani/priety are best together i think they had quite a few films/hits together as well 😛
