Guys,

I am not surprised at the rank ratings given to us by Sri. Although I am disgusted.

A couple of weeks ago, I made an observation - I visited Anandham section and the discussion down there is very active. Yet the total viewers for that thread is about 700 give or take. Discussion pages went up to 8-10 pages. The same went for Arase.

At the same time I observed Kolangal thread, the discussion pages were not much, just about 3-5, there was not much discussed about the serial (except Sue's comments) and yet the viewers for that thread surpassed 2000 viewers.

Now what does this say? 😍 I don't want to say any further than this............ 🤢

caryn dont go by the viewing. the person who posts something may be coming back to see how many people commented on his/her comment. that means i may have posted something and i may come back 30 times to check what is new out there....if 10 more people did that the viewing will increase leaps and bounds!!!

Yup Jas, tht always happens..even I've been fooled soemtimes byy the no: of views..makes us to think tht there are thousands of silent members, but it cud be the very same ppl coming in to see wht's new there.

Please do a poll among those of us who watch the serials every week? Like some folks say here, the criteria could be the number of times an episode has been reviewed by comments(Caryn's viewers), and even just reviewed without comments that will show active interest (Jas Posts).

Am sure Anandam and Arasi will top the lists. It'll be good fun.

It will be great if 2 or 3 lines area added describing what happened in the week to the key characters.

Good idea.. this is a criteria which we could follow but leave your suggestions too!😉
1) Divide the number of comments by the number of years, because old serials tend to have more viewers than new serials
2) scale the number of views:
0-500 views - 1points
501-1000 views - 2 points... and so on!!
3) scale the comments:
0 - overall bad comments
1 - some bad and good comments

2 - mostly good

and then a summary.. what do you guys think?
