TD - DISHA77 PLEASE CLARIFY!

Please clarify the following? Here in South Africa, we are exactly two months behind India in Tumhari Disha. Just yesterday we watched the episode where Taj finds the agreement between Disha and Dk and Gargi mentioned after reading the document that DK and Disha are not married and it is only an agreement between the two, Confused! Are they married or are they not married?, it is just a contract?

Today, i read Lata's update and she mentioned that Gargi did mention something about her son to DK in the lounge while they were drinking, which means that DK knows about her son!

DK and Disha ARE married but it is ALSO a contract for 6 months!!

Howz u? Well, firstly, DK and Disha are technically married, as in, they are married under the Hindu Law, but at the same time, they have put their Marriage under a Contract that stipulates some terms & conditions which state that after completion of six months of their marriage, it will cease to exist automatically........in layman terms, that means DK and Disha have already signed their divorce papers even before they were actually married.

But at the same time, their Contract has some clauses mentioned in them (of which the viewer is still not aware) which complicate the issues (Gargi knows about it & plans to use it against DK) in the sense that DK will not be able to divorce Disha that easily..............this is very strange though, in the sense that DK himself drafted the Contract and in normal circumstances, a logical & calculating man like him would never get himself under any legal loopholes....but according to the story, he has (only time will tell what is it, though) put himself in an quandry through the Contract.

Secondly, DK is well aware of the fact that Gargi has a son by his Father. Earlier, when Gargi was shown in her introductory episodes, she had mentioned to DK as being the eldest scion of the Sehgal Family, and he had not shown any surprise at her statement. That means he is well aware of the fact that he has a younger (step) brother!

That is my take on it!
