Episode # 4 begins with …. Nurse Kaiya remembering the scene at the picnic. The doctors probe what exactly happened . What all did they eat . All kids consumed lemonade . May be that’s the source of toxin/poisoning. CO Col Thakur calls Maj Sameer to join the investigations regarding the source of poisoning .

Maj Anirudh calms a worried parent. He learns from her how to look for the culprit.

Naina is seeking help with the mass poisoning from Maj Sameer , to visit the site n investigate . He asks for a doc to accompany him . He expects Naina to accompany-him but she smiles n declines.

In the makeshift OT. Maj Anuriddh is supervising the team who are extracting the rotor blade impaled in the abdomen. They take risks n try their best to save the patient . Soon the aviation expert gets scared of losing the patient and gives up .Maj Anirudha shares his problem in operating the patient . Naina gives him the correct procedure to be followed , he likes the bright idea and rushes off to save the patient . He thanks Naina n is impressed . He then gives ideas about the poisoning investigation.

Teams reach the picnic venue n investigate all food n drink stalls . They are using meat softening chemical …. Nitrite ..that’s poisoned the children . Naina swings into action . One child sinks and develops cardiac arrest . Naina and her team try revive the heart by electric shocks . They revive him. She then runs to Sister Kavita waiting in the veranda . She asks her to be by Kartik’s bedside . Kavita is distraught to know her son is critical. She gets emotional n pleads that this hospital better save her son.

Team Aniruddha follows the suggestion by Naina and use expert procedures ..intermittently stopping the breathing by stopping ventilator … to extract the rotor blade . After prolonged efforts by the team they succeed.

Maj Aniruddh informs the parent who is waiting for her so . She is happy her son will recover soon.

At Chakri Dingri … terrorists meet secretly . They notice two guys posing as tourists . It’s Maj Sameer n Capt Mili in disguise . Terrorists get suspicious that they might be from the army . They ask them to depart n never again come this way . Maj Sameer n Capt Mili make hasty retreat. They soon reach a medical shop in that area n star looking for the source of the drug that’s antidote for that chemical that poisoned the children . Capt Mili locates the drug n rushed to BH. NAIA n her team administer the drug n save the life of Kartik and so also all the rest of the poisoned kids. All parents heave a sigh of relief .

Col Thakur praises his team of doctors .

Brig Aparna Sanyal , Aniruddh’s mother, calls up from New Delhi. She calls Aniruddh and informs how he has neglected his children Pakhi n Pratham. They have escaped from school n were running away . He was contacted but he never bothered to answer his phone. She vouches that this will be used against him in the divorce court . Aniruddha explains he was inside the OT in critical surgery and he could not answer his phone . He feels frustrated that his children attempted to run away from school, but they were caught n brought home . The helper offers them ice creams n pacifist the kids n reassures Maj Aniruddha . Am Aniruddha. Sets Naina an apologises to her . He feels this word will rectify his mistakes in the past . Maj Naina refuses to accept his apology . Maj Sameer arrives there n gets friendly with Naina and Aniruddha gets jealous watching their easy banter .

Aniruddha reaches home n scolds his kids , the kids want to go to Delhi . Aniruddha reaches uses emotional means to control his kids . Pakhi states that he is guilty because the kids lost their parents because of Aniruddha’s speeding n driving that fateful day . The kids state they miss their real dad . Aniruddha apologises to the kids

. And weeps . Naina watches Aniruddha weeping n gets emotional .

Shaheer sheikh (could not catch his on screen name ) arrives as the teenage college lover of Naina , he reminds her how he had warned her she was going after the wrong guy. Now he asks Naina to breakup with Aniruddha permanently . He instigates her . Aniruddha gets emotional and tries to get back with Naina n promises he will never ever leave her alone this time .
