108 Base Hospital Uri Written Update 22 Aug 2026

Episode #3 begins with recap of previous episode. A chopper is seen flying in dangerous territory n loud explosion is seen.

Naina reaches home n calls out to housekeeper Fatima, hands her groceries bag n Fatima offers to fix her breakfast . Naina recollects past moments with Anurag, their last affair n how he disapproved her joining the army . He wanted a housewife not a working wife . Naina’s brother calls up n is concerned with her tired looks. She shares how Anurag has followed her to Uri. He is not Maj in Army n is posted here . Bhaiya wants to know if she needed him to come n handle Anurag. She reminds him that she is not an army woman.

In another house , Pakhi n Pratham are invited by Papa Anurag to have breakfast of eggs n toast . He bribes Pratham with bread jam n smoothies , if he took bath n readied for school. He asks his helper to ready the children’s uniforms . He assures his kids that they will make new friends n enjoy life in Kashmir . He promises. Pakhi n Pratham gets alarmed by his promise and remind him he better not promise anything . That accident happened because of his promise , he had promised to drive that fateful day , Anurag gets disheartened at the rejection n hatred by his kids .

Anurag then recollects Naina’s rejection . He goes for a walk n run in the mountainside alone . He is so lost in thoughts he almost collides with a vehicle . Locals offers his local spl tea. He enjoys gulabi chai. He gets lost on thoughts of rejection by Naina . He gets chatting with local fellows who probe him for his upset mind . Anurag discusses his troubled marriages .

Elsewhere on the mountain side there is a chopper crash , rescue team arrives and tries to evacuate Capt pilot who is lying unconscious.

At the hidden den the terrorist boss is concerned about their guy who has been caught n if he revealed their plot . The boss decides to join the on ground team.

Naina is seen talking to the nurse , they discuss the management of the casualties and also their troubled marriages .

In the ward Capt Ankush is happily enjoying carrying the new born baby in his arms , Capt Mili joins him n sharing their happiness of conducting their first delivery .

Foursome of captains miss seeing movies as they have to go to Srinagar movie hall , none are there in Uri.The two captain lady doctors swoon on the handsome Maj Sameer .

Everyone gets beeping message on their pagers about incoming Casualty.

All rush to receive the patient . They are shocked to see pilot of the chopper arriving in a truck with. Chopper rotor blade impaled through the abdomen. The casualty is having heavy blood loss n low BP . They arrange portable XRays n special OT table to operate the casualty .

The CO Col Surya Kant discusses the case with Naina n Anurag, they also decide to seek help from aviation expert to manage the chopper accident case . The aviation expert arrives and explains the structure of the rotor blade n how to extricate it from the body .

Capt Mili goes to do medical exam of the prisoner, who is a terrorist, he is being questioned n tortured by Maj Sameer. Sameer n Mili clash over handling the terrorist , their interests clash .

An old guy in deep coma has seizures attack , Nurse Kavita informs the docs . Maj Naina and Anurag do emergency management . The guy sinks , they notice cardiac arrest, they do CPR, they give electric, shocks . They revive the heart beats But the guy remains in coma . Anurag and Naina have differences of opinion on managing the case .

Naina meets her CO n informs status of patients . She asks CO to give her n Anurag separate duties and she does not want to work with Anurag. CO refuses n reminds her of her duties. He asks her to resolve their differences mutually .Anurag wants to resolve their differences but Naina states they have no issues , they will just perform their duties.

School children are having a picnic at a local garden , all enjoy lemonade candies, ice creams being prepared n sold by local vendors . Many children faint . The parent informs the hospital . All children are rescued , Naina and Anurag get busy with the children

Anurag gets two junior doctors n Naina selects two junior doctors n they split the team into two , one manages the pilot casualty . Naina chooses to manage the children casualties .

Nurse Kavita is getting emotional about her son Kartik who too has been affected n is not lying unconscious in emergency . Surya Kant asks all Panick stricken parents to wait outside the emergency and let the doctors n teams manage the cases. Naina and her team remains calm .

Anurag and the aviation expert discuss the modality of extricating the impaled rotor blade , they worry about falling vital parameters.

Naina is worried as Capt Mili informs about the falling SpO2 of the children .

Anurag and his team are assisting the aviation expert to cut the rotor blade but when the casualty starts sinking he gives up , refusing to take the blame for the loss of life. Naina and her team of doctors notice falling oxygen levels in blood n they investigate, trying to find out what they are missing as this is not routine poisoning , its nitrite poisoning, they zero on the lemonade seller who was adulterating the drinks .
