108 Base Hospital Uri Written Update 16 Aug 2026

Episode begins with 4 extremists inside the trauma centre, dressed as patients, holding Naina at gun point and holding her hostage. They want to use her to escape, hence they don’t shoot her, they tie her up n gag her.

Maj Sameer n Maj Anurag discuss how extremists had sneaked inside the hospital. They try to evacuate the patients who were fit to be moved , the serious patients would have to be managed inside. The CO Col Thakur, orders his men to corner the terrorists . Three extremists dressed in patient dress disconnect the mobile n internet connections of the hospital .

Maj Sameer and Maj Anurag and the hospital CO join together to save the patients n flush our terrorists .

Junior doctors and nursing staff n ward boys help in moving patients outside the hospital . A woman is brought by Maj Sameer, labour pains , who is about to deliver but the woman is critically sick . Maj Anurag feels this woman will not survive shifting to another hospital . He asks the woman to be managed inside the ward , all doors n windows of the ward to be shut . Two junior doctors are managing the woman in labour and are worried as it is a breech delivery . They wonder how to manage without gynac . They find their internet n phones inactive.

Maj Anurag enters the ICU in trauma centre , the terrorist noticed and frees Naina and asks her to send Anurag away or every one will be killed . Naina asks Anurag to leave , that she is fine n is busy.

Anurag makes sure n then leaves . He then recollects their romantic dates where Naina had told him that when a girl says “I am fine “ she means she is “not fine” he the retraces his steps he spots terrorist dressed as patient , Anurag shields Naina and he fights off the terrorist. .. soon Maj Sameer also joins them. The terrorist gets over powered , they confront him n he states about his ultimate sacrifice to attain jannat , he bites cyanide pill n suicides .

Naina notices Anurag getting stab wound in the abdomen n orders him to take off his shirt n she insists on treating him , he states it was minor n ignores the bleeding ..she refuses to leave him as she was the trauma centre head She orders him.

He gets romantic thoughts as Naina attends to his wound . As she manages his wound n leaves , he grabs her arm n offers to give her first aid on her minor wound . Naina feels awkward at his nearness.

Romantic BG song plays …. “ Naino ki gurpechiyaan ….”

After this Naina hands him the AK 47 left behind by the terrorist . Asks him to use it n not back out as he is habituated .

In the ward Maj Sameer comes to check on the woman in labour pains . He finds the junior docs at a loss to manage the case as she needed C section . Maj Sameer warns they can’t leave this room n go to OT As the hospital has turned into battlefield . 3 terrorists are still at large .

Maj Anurag and Maj Naina pick up arms to fire back at terrorists . While firing at terrorist Anurag and Naina discuss their breakup . They argue n give explanations for their past actions . They angrily retort back to each other . Terrorists open fire .

One terrorist reaches the ward n holds one doc at gun point n asks them to silence the woman screaming in labour pains. The junior docs and one sister decide to proceed for assisted vaginal delivery, they can’t wait anymore as the baby n the woman were critical state .

Elsewhere Maj Sameer guns down one terrorist n looks for the other two .

Maj Anurag and Maj Naina are seen with rifles and looking for the terrorist They receive emergency call thru intercom of the hospital, from the junior docs in the ward. They seek help for breech delivery with umbilical cord prolapse . Naina guides them n they deliver baby . Mother n child survive the ordeal.

Soon they find baby not breathing . Naina guides the junior Dr Mili .. how to revive baby . They soon hear baby’s cry .. all smile .

Naina says she is proud of the juniors for their great work.

Junior doctor Dr Akash and Dr. Mili sense Anurag and Naina passing by their ward . They all are scared of firing by the terrorist pointing gun at them, they use medical terms to indicate the exact location of the terrorist inside the ward . Maj Anurag aims his gun at that point . They miss the terrorist but they manage to nab him. He is caught n taken away.

Maj Sameer arrives there n praises Maj Anurag’s skills to catch rats in their holes . Maj Sameer praises Maj Naina in combat role . She is a good doctor and now he finds her good in combat too. He smiles at her . Anurag senses Sameer likes Naina n feels jealous .

Next scene shows an escaped terrorist meeting his chief /handler at undisclosed hideout in Uri mountain side n informing their mission had failed n they could not locate the person they were looking for . The chief states he will not rest until they find him.

At BH the commanding officer Col Thakur , appreciates Maj Naina and Maj Anurag and also the junior docs . Maj Sameer praises Captain Mili for saving the woman in labour n the baby .

Maj Sameer and Maj Anurag praise each other for the combat they just concluded.

A soldier arrives with two children n informs Maj Anurag that his children were here . Naina gets shocked to see a little boy n girl looking scared . Anurag rushing fwd n hugging them . Naina watches them n gets confused . Anurag assures his kids that their books, their toys all will reach here soon .

Precap

The commanding officer asks his officers not to get swayed by emotions and perform their duties . Maj Naina and Captain Mili try to save the life of a young boy , he has deep cyanosis , he has cardiac arrest n they give him electric shocks . The boys mother challenges them to save her child .
