I tend to agree. India looked a step behind in planning and execution throughout much of the series. England were sharper, more adaptable, and deserved the result. Sometimes a setback like this is the wake-up call a strong team needs. Hopefully, India will regroup, learn from the mistakes, and come back with a better all-round performance in the ODI series.It was quite a disaster series for India. I hope they do something good with the One day series though.
Somewhere it felt like they were over-confident and under-prepared for the series.
In a way, it is a timely reality check for India. Talent alone doesn't win series; preparation, adaptability, and execution do. Let's hope the ODI team responds with the character expected from them.
