Lehar is a beautiful song. Kriti was beautiful in that song but i would like to avoid those bikini scenes. I don't understand the obsession for bikini scenes that every film has it. During the 90s to 00s it was shown how indian beauties looks beautiful inna traditional and western outfit without bikini bullshit

Its 2026 and we are still making movies wherein 2 girls are fighting over a mediocre guy? for what? I am fedup of this theme.

After watching the movie, one would feel it had something to do with the carefree nature of the Ally character. 👍

I agree the song was om Ally bindaas character. I have read many comments that they wanted to see her backstory why Ally is like that. But than Ally is not like Veronica who has a traumatic story & became what she was being self-destructive & yearning for a true love. Ally character itself was bold bindaas and free-spirited and she had her own set of beliefs about love. For her life is excitement and live to the fullest. No tying down & no commitments,thats Ally. So obviously there is no backstory of Ally. She just live her life to the fullest with excitement. Lehar song actually gave a sneak peek of Ally's story and if listen carefully it revealed she is bindaas and believe in life of living in excitement. 'Jo hai Woh Hai' and 'Main Kal Me Believe Nahin Karti'

Remember, in Cocktail 1, Veronica was from a broken home, and looking for love in all the wrong places. In Cocktail 2, Ally was enjoying her single life, and not looking for love at all. 💕

Exactly! In Cocktail 1 Veronica came from a broken home and was yearning for love somewhere her parents were resposible for her situation and how life shape up for her. She does not have that stability of love thus she became self-destructive and doesn't know how to control her feelings. Gautam's mother showed her love and care thus she became attached to it. Somewhere i felt she was more in love with Gautam's mom than Gautam. She wanted that mother's love. Veronica character has shades and the character is layered with depth,she was complex. I understand her because what she went through personality does get complex.

Ally is free spirited and she definitely not into a broken home or traumatic past. She is just enjoying life to the fullest,every moment is excitement. She has her own nature of being selfish manipulative & egoistic but that is her nature not some past that made her like that. Life is not about excitement,its just short term. Life is about comfort,peace and togetherness.

Cocktail 1 characters were layered with shades & complexities while Cocktail 2 characters were straight forward and one dimension

One of the main aspects of the Cocktail franchise for Veronica & Ally is that love is love. When anyone thinks they're in control of love, they really aren't in control. 👍
