If the female lead role is important it will go to his beti or one of the nepo kids. He already cast one as the male lead. Otherwise he could will chose a token outsider to pretend he doesn't discriminate.

I really think KJo is a good director and wish he makes more movies. Dunno why he doesn't direct anymore. Most of his movies, minus Bombay Talkies and SOTY2, have been really good.
