Why can’t they maintain some sanctity in relationships while writing? Is it so hard to not show jeth lusting after bhabhi or devar-bhabhi affair. It just leaves a bad taste and comes across as extremely sleazy and vulgar

Having come out from Lost, where I was traumatised, I take this with a sack of salt. Otherwise I will question why did I ever watch that show which I never want to do!

Makers know that this sleaziness sells because unfortunately in every class this 'bhabhi' fetish is there in reality. (Some do such vulgarity openly & some indirectly...)

Entertainment industry is business so they do what brings money. They hardly ever cared about sentiments or relationships.
