Week trp from 23 to 29 May…No rise in trp…its 0.9 for Mannat.. Aarambhi leading the daily show category with 1.2, slightly better after AJ entry and Laxmi Niwas is slot leader with 1.3..

They need to bring Mannat back the OG Mannat. This crying , helpless Mannat will not work for sure.

the show that is leading the a lot.. the FL is in an extremely strong phase. I don’t know why Mukta and Co are stretching Mannat’s clueless stage to such an extent

People might cry over this fact, but itv is mostly female lead oriented. People see themselves in female lead more, they connect with her more. Especially when we have character like Mannat, lively, streetsmart, upfront and twisted, people tend to enjoy her more. Since mahasangam, makers have systematically sabotaged two straight forward characters, mannat and manmeet, to make the fl of other show shine, arambhi.

Mannat who always clocked people or even stayed aware of them, couldnt even grasp her kid's changed behaviour, couldn't read subtle hints in dk's mannerisms, she went on to become a delusional, lovesick fool so that other characters can shine. The biggest downfall was her being so okay about Yashika. Mind you, she herself catered her wedding week back and now she was giddy about her own wedding with Vikrant without asking single question about his and Yashika's equation. Which self respecting woman will do that?

On the other hand, I'm glad this trp drop happened. Many people have been taking digs at Mannat and Ayesha both since weeks, that she is just here to do detective job, she is so robot, never priorotizes Vikrant or never gives in love vibes, some even said can we get less of Mannat and boom! Trp gave the answer. I definitely got the vibes from this track that they deliberately kept the female lead away and made this track more about biological father vs foster father with child stuck in between. I remember in one montage post, Mukta only tagged Adnan, Manit and Trisha where Ayesha was also present. It gave a clear signal that the track wasnt for her. Also they kind of tried to present Dua as next generation female lead with this track bit all fell flat. Now lets see if Mukta swallows her ego and gives back the Mannat who people adore.
