Since they ( RK & Aalia ) are rich, they could opt for IVF or IUF or surrogacy or anything else to get a baby boy.
Like how Tushar Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor.. both these siblings have a boy baby each.. or like Vandana Sajnani ( Rajesh Kattar wife ) had twins boys through IVF but lost one child..

At least, there are possibilities to make sure that the next child will be a boy - if that is what they want... however Alia wanting another child now is still an assumption (on my side because I thought having seen her midriff/belly changed).
