Arjun Kapoor was correct, RK has to cut down on alcohol. It has aged him so badly.

They’ll be VFXing the crap out of his face for this movie.

He’s an average looker on a good day. Definitely doesn’t have the face for close up shots. The slick back hair brings attention to his not so natural hairline and he clean shaven face makes him look bloated. The combo makes everything look bad.

Rk has already had vfx on his face in movies like brahmastra and TJMM, so likley they'll use vfx for ramayana too

Its seems rk wears foundation to hide the acne scars he has on his face, because he has quite deep acne scars, especially on his forehead. And he needs to have his hair done in a particular way or his receding hairline and thinning hair becomes obvious. Also going clean shaven makes his face look bloated. The way they styled him for these USA ramayana promotions was not a good idea, the slicked back hair and clean shave made all those features more noticeable.
