Because this is the first time in the history of TV that a show has went on air before and the announcement has been made later. Technically it hasnât even been made and I donât recall seeing any promotion.
Also this is not the first time that SBS has missed something. I remember when the K shows were on originally, these people and SBAS were practically living on the sets of Balaji shows. We saw everything before it made onto the TV itself in an episode which might not air until the next week. Back then Ekta had a show called Karam Apna Apna starring Iqbal Khan in the main role, Pallavi Subhash was the heroine and Hiten was a cast member as he was doing practically every Balaji show on air simultaneously.
Iqbal was replaced overnight in that show by Yash Tonk. SBS and SBAS reported the replacement AFTER the episode aired which clearly had that one montage at the beginning which said from todayâs episode the role of Shiv will be played by Yash Tonk.
They were literally living there and were still about 2/3 days LATE to report. I remember watching their hot news segment reporting that and thinking way to go geniuses, not like I havenât seen Yash on the show already since the past couple of episodes as Shiv! Thank you so much for telling me what I already knew before you stated it
