If US captured all the oil and rare earth minerals of other countries, where does it leave China & Russia? Will they still be able to compete with USA?

Also, if USA takes too much oil from Venezuela, Iran, etc.. then these vassal states will also suffer as resources will get consumed / depleted at a faster rate leaving less for their own countries..

Also, future generation is doomed as there is a rapid consumption of resources and there will be nothing left in future.. as hardly any time is given for them to replenish / regenerate.. and there is population explosion everywhere so more ppl fighting for same no of resources..
