The big reveal of Ramya and Vasu’s responsibility for the December 16th incident felt like a total damp squib. I expected the leads to have a much more heated reaction, but most just stood there with blank expressions. It seems the director wanted this to be Ramya’s moment to shine—and she actually delivered! Kashmira showed more range and voice modulation in those 10 minutes than Mrunal has in the entire series.
It looks like Parth is the only one now who doesn’t trust Ramya and seems he’s going to ask her to get married to prove she’s changed.
One thing that really irks me, though, is the inconsistent character writing. For instance, Kavya went from twisting Ramya’s arm and threatening her with scissors to being the first one to trust her? It makes no sense. Also, all of the leads at some point get bitten by the Nandini bug of being preachy - Kavya’s monologue at the Haldi was the latest example which actually made that ceremony boring 😴

Finally saw a few reels from the award night, and I had a slightly different perspective. Bringing your child on stage once to share a special moment feels sweet and emotional. But bringing her for every award felt a bit too much to me personally. It almost looked like trying too hard to prove a point to the world about being a family man. Also noticed his wife shared story from a fan page where Dnyanada isn’t even visible in the Best Jodi frame. Maybe it wasn’t intentional, but it did feel a little childish to post something like that. Of course, this is just my perspective after seeing a few clips. Everyone celebrates their moments differently, but sometimes less is more.

I’m planning to watch the award ceremony on FF. Regarding the kid on stage—I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt. She’s likely at that age where she doesn't take 'no' for an answer, and he probably just brought her to the stage to avoid her fussing.

The reel- I wouldn’t be surprised if that was on purpose. Feels like a mix of immaturity, insecurity plus she probably thinks Vijay doesn’t get his due, which isn’t even true—he definitely does! Some of the comments on the ‘Varat’ on regular channels ( not even the fan pages ) saying KP looked like a real life couple probably don’t help with the insecurity. As an actress, she should know better, but… A social media detox would do her wonders, though I doubt it’ll happen.

Absolutely, Vijay does get a lot of credit, but in the KP pairing it often feels like the heavier lifting is done by Dnyanada.

No doubt Vijay portrays Parth efficiently, but acting-wise his range still feels limited. Many of the emotional or impactful scenes land strongly because of Dnyanada’s performance.

Even the social media buzz around the pair seems largely driven by her. If you look at the reels and engagement on both profiles, it’s quite clear who the bigger crowd puller is.

So it wouldn’t be unfair to say that Vijay also benefits significantly from Kavya’s fan following and popularity.

As for the off-screen dynamics, sometimes the reactions and interviews from his wife’s side come across a bit immature — just a personal observation.

Kashmira is better actress than nandini , parth and jiva . It was her day to shine and she did it brilliantly . I agree to what you said about kavya’s sudden change of heart about Ramya , it doesn’t suit her . It’s suits maata more . May be makers want to show maata as kavya’s savior in future track . Maata ki jai ho
