If im not wrong, he was anti india during the UPA rule because i saw him say in post, Fk China, fk America, fk India, fk Congress lol.
And that was when he was no where near politics and leader’s stance can change significantly depending on whether they are in power or not. So we need to wait and see how his leadership will impact india-nepal relations.
