Trump welcomes ex-President Biden & Bill Clinton's praise for Gaza ceasefire, says 'Very nice'

US President Donald Trump on Monday welcomed former President Bill Clinton's praise for his role in brokering a ceasefire deal in Gaza and returning of all the living hostages, calling it "very nice" as he boarded the Air Force One to return to Washington from Egypt.

Talking to reporters while enroute to Washington, Trump said, "I thought it was very nice, actually. And what is he doing? He’s telling the truth.”

Earlier in a post on X, Clinton while praising Trump and other regional actors wrote, "President Trump and his administration, Qatar, and other regional actors deserve great credit for keeping everyone engaged until the agreement was reached.”

It’s a huge moment if this ceasefire truly lasts

Truly a historic moment, @Viswasruti — even a fragile ceasefire brings hope for rebuilding and restoring trust. Peace processes are always delicate, but temporary calm can create space for understanding, dialogue, and reconnecting communities. It’s a powerful reminder of how much people everywhere value safety, justice, and the chance to start over.

On a local scale, the idea of second chances resonates with how bail bonds in Tampa help people rebuild after difficult moments — if anyone is curious, you can simply search "aftermathbailbonds" to learn more.
