*sigh* laziness can be really a hindrance to evolve...
When writing into the Google title line:
"why do Muslim women wear head and whole body covering clothing?", you most probably would get:
"Muslim women wear head and body coverings primarily as an act of obedience to God, interpreted from Quranic principles of modesty (hijab) to shield beauty, reduce sexual objectification, and assert Islamic identity. While often voluntary, it is also seen as a form of empowerment, personal devotion, and a protection against unwanted attention.
Key reasons include:

Key reasons include:
- Religious Obligation: Many believe the Quran mandates covering to honor God's commands.
- Modesty and Virtue: It is a way to express modesty, piety, and to be judged by character rather than appearance.
- Identity and Safety: Covering acts as a visible marker of faith and can protect women from harassment or unwanted societal attention.
- Cultural Tradition: The style (e.g., hijab, niqab, burqa) often varies based on local culture and interpretation.
While some views associate it with oppression, many Muslim women view it as a liberating, personal choice."

It comes from the mindset of horny men. if it was about identity and safety or modesty and virtue, we certainly would have asked our female family members to do the same. don't u think we care about their safety, modesty etc
We don't feel its necessary. we do not get turned on or offended seeing the hair strands of a woman and beat her to pulp if she doesn't cover her hair properly.
if your religion deals with horny men by covering up women, then its a cowardly perverse cult.
