Every time I see Jhanak’s leads kaands I feel bad that many Ishvi fans including me bashed ishaan so much at the time. He was a saint in front of Anirudh and armoron. Anirudh was spared because Jhanak wasn’t as famous show like ghum at the time. Ghum was also higher than rishta in ratings. I regretted bashing him when Shakti was exited. Felt like fans bashing may have forced makers to think that let’s get rid of the ml and bring that rajat 😒 anyway, what happened has happened. If Shakti’s new show news is true, I am not going to bash his character. At least not openly

No, it's revealed at a very later stage that they're stepsisters, a complete shock for us.

The base of the story is set with Jhanak's mother suicide (who was revealed later to not be her biological mother). What a twist Leena served here, completely changed the narrative.

Shrishti: a biological mother of both, but she had Jhanak from her first husband and she considered her an unwanted child thus extreme hatred towards her own biological daughter and even tried to kill her multiple times.

Leen's truly mocked all sacred relationships here. That's why no other show can beat Jhanak forever.
