Allright here's my take on the recent episodes-
1- Dipali wanted to gift the Diamond Necklace to Aaradhya through her daughter Shalini but that another Dixit lady and her vamp daughter Ayushi somehow informed Malhar about this theft.Dipali was somehow able to cover up this incident.
2-The Dixits might be rich and powerful but they have got an alpha son-in law too specially his trademark dialogue today-Apne Decible pe control rakhiye varna main agar shuru ho gaya toh Noise Pollution ho jayega and the 2nd dialogue comparison between Malhar (Taar-Saptak) and Gandhar(Shivprasad).
3- Malhar thought wrongly that her son in law was gonna gift that Diamond Necklace through his wife and tried to humiliate his son in law Shiv calling him Worthless and not possessing an equal elite status like the Dixits.However Shiv answered those allegations pretty much calmly and firmly emphasizing the importance of family values over having wrongful pride and arrogance.
4- Malhar's character is so egoistical that he cannot even properly talk to his own grandson Chintu-his own daughter Shalini's son.Dipali correctly predicted that someday whether its Malhar or even the rest of the Daxits they would have to face the music from their alpha son-in-law Shiv.
5-In contrast Dipali not only loves her son-in law Shiv and daughter Shalini but she also equally dotes on her grand-children Chintu and Pihu like a family.
6-While Shalini rightly begged forgiveness and engaged in cute romantic scene with her mate Shiv she still insisted on lodging the FIR against those kidnappers despite the threats from Manish Dixit.
7- Shiv aka Parshuram is closing in on Kabir yet Parshuram should not take the Dixits lightly.Both Manish and Kabir are cunning characters despite their feud with a secret spy like Parshuram.
8- That Lady Contract killer remains the biggest mystery.Why was she following Parshuram and how did she get access to the astrological data possibly of Shivprasad? Who provided her those details of a secret Spy such as Parshuram?
9- Hate to say this but is there a mole in Shiv's spy agency otherwise how did that Lady get access to such sensitive details in the first place?
10- Why did that Contract Killer Lady called herself as some kind of Game-changer? Is she an ally or an enemy of Spy Parshuram?

Shiv's way of maafi - "You deserve Better 
" guilt tripping; and Shalini's way will be like dramatic - "Lemme fall on your feet". 
"Haddi pasli ek kar de" scene
. Shiv's experience with Shalini exploding on him once a day made him handle her dad in a calm and cool way which is way more effective. He really does have a high decibel level
. Loved his dialogues here.
