Just watched yesterday's episode on Hotstar. I repeat watching TV ads is better than watching them personalized on these apps.

Best Part of the episode - Lungi Moment!! The way proudly carries it, I believe his character is very grounded and culturally rooted! As long as work is being done, who cares what someone is wearing. I loved the swag. And probably that's the reason he chose Parshuram as his agent name. I am loving the swag and strong aura he brings that character.

Second Best one: His firm stance on ensuring that he will not let anything happen to family while hugging Chintu. His love for Shalini and family is so supreme that nothing can wear him down. Good luck to him with Chintu's excitement though.

The moment he hugged him, he went into a state with his eyes being bold and monologue "Don't worry shalini, I love my family and no one DARE touch them." This is the warning that Noodle Guy should hear.

Now coming to Shalini:

Did Shalini really say, she kept kids in her tummy for nine months so Shiv will never understand her pain when kids went missing? Woman, what did you even do to bring them back apart from crying? These dialogue writers should really think through before adding such tacky things, in Maya's words

I can understand her being worried for kids, but her shouting at Shiv and asking him to shut up was little over reaction. She is responsible partly for the mess, but I am not saying she was wrong; just that she didn't prepare for repercussions of her actions and then accusing Shiv was not done!

I am not in favour of Shalini's constant, "You know my background so great" brags. She seems to be very egoistic, that even her valid points sound irrational. Yes, FIR should have been filed, but is she prepared for it's consequences? We already have a promo of hooligan barging in the house as a result, but then would she again blame Shiv for it, who has been against it? As a mother/parent - Yes, right thing is to ensure safety but Shiv already has everything laid out, shame that he cannot tell her the same. But loved how he was very observant through out the scene.

Dixits are horrible, they are finding this kidnapping scenario as "galti"? Is Aaradhya stupid? And they want criminal hitched with the family? Now, this is lowest-class. My Maya Sarabhai would be disappointed with such representation of high-society rich people.

[Also, I don't know why did I think that Aaradhya was Shalini's real sister, seems like she was her cousin; so Deepali and her husband just have one child? And that was Shalini?]

Unrelated to episodes, is there any link I can use to download Parshuram's action scenes or something, specially from the episode where he saved Pihu. I do that from Instagram but that's limited, and Hotstar is difficult.

Ok, this is my version.. what I feel as of now about Shiv and Shalini.

I think Shalini knows he is more than just Shiv, the chatri wala common man. Maybe she doesn't know his code name as Parshuram or that he works for special forces. Some dialogues of Shalini, hint to the idea that she knows he is pretending to be common man Shiv. Here are some instances when I felt she was frustrated because he refuses to come out of a miser mindset even though he is not that:

1) After the engagement event, she says atleast today you could have come normally without a chatri and better clothes or something to that effect. I felt she was implying that it's not actually his nature but he is just relentless in playing the common man role and it frustrated her sometimes.

2) At the restaurant she says, atleast today please let the kids enjoy and lay off your miserly act with the chatri and all. It sounds like a normal complaint but to me it sounded like she is asking him to be his normal self for once. She is shocked to hear him apologise on her behalf and not taking a stand as if she expected it of him. If he was always like this, why would she expect him to be any different now?

3) After the restaurant event, she blasts Shiv and says why are you behaving like this.. suggesting why are you not taking a stand like you always do. She wants him to be his original daring self and is frustrated to see him very comfortable in his 'common man' skin.

4) Today she said to her mom, if something happens to my children AGAIN.. suggesting something already happened before to probably force both shiv and Shalini to hide their true personalities.

5) Whenever Shalini is angry on Shiv, kids are always there in the scene. When she asks him why he is not taking a stand, he looks at them and then tries to convince Shalini with his usual excuses. Shalini's rants seem to be aimed at provoking him into action and doesn't really mean it, like I will go to my mayka, I will take my dad's help and so on.

May be something happened before..

* may be Shiv was pretty daring and violent before and they fell in love and got married..

* maybe something happened with the children being in danger when they were too young because of his attitude..

* maybe he promised Shalini that he wouldn't be violent anymore at that point.

* Maybe he kept his work and home separate since then and later went with Parshuram as his work name.

He is ok with chintu knowing his truth but not Shalini maybe because it's her family he is taking head-on like @sadiltl has suggested.

Or because he doesn't want Shalini to know that he has broken some promise (to not pursue violence) he might have made to her before.

Any of this reason will be good! I haven't noticed much of her reference to Shiv being changed from the past, but if they are mentioned it's good. We really need a good backstory of their college meeting, all we know is that they met in college, and they eloped to marry. Shalini has no regrets about it. She is happy with her family; but sometimes I feel that she gets frustrated when she is unable to use her rich resources.

Ok here is the what I think. Parashuram is just a code name for the special operation. Only underworld mafia knows him as an officer that too by name. Shiv being undercover, no one should know him as an officer AT all. Only Sheetal knows him!! Because she knows both sides of the cover and the significance of Parshuram name. I think shiv will play with this to the fullest. He just have to hide his “traits” from people. Aggression mostly 😅

I read comments on Shalini but she is hyper what to do now. She is aggressive and hyper woman who loves her family. I connect to her mom’s instincts so well. And for her shiv is darpok so she will talk like that only. It is natural that she will bring in her parents. Shiv on the other hand has taken care of the situation so he wants to thwart any attempts of her going to police station. That being said, he will not leave the goons either. Both love their family to bits.

Shalini not recognizing her uncle is a bit strange but see how both of them shout alike. Genes 🧬🤣. She was actually using her family’s name against her family only. It was entertaining. Looks like Shalini is the only one who is white in that house though sharing the same aggression. But rest all looks crooks. They will get straightened soon I feel. This the reason why shiv looks down upon them?! 🤣.

I am loving the episodes except for voice recognition part. 😬

You really have a positive outlook towards Shalini's outburst too. I don't know, if you know someone is darpok, and you married him; you don't insult him, you just take the charge - action and it's consequences. Shalini seems to take an action, but then cries for consequences. That's not fair.

Shiv should come back with stronger reason to stop her from going to Police station.

Don't beat me for this, but in future projects Neil should convey to makers that heroine's name shouldn't start with S or else their characters will keep shouting. Both Sai and Shalini are that energy - loud and screamers. I don't want to bring Savi to it; but you know one can always put across points without going on top of their voices. Those points hurt hardest.

She is screaming at Manish accusing him of screaming but he is screaming because she is screaming. So, that's how this conversation went into circles with who is screaming at whom. Manish was still trying to be calmly talk, but hearing her scream he ended up blasting, and she started accursing. Genes at it's best!

I checked the valentine's day segment, posted comment in that thread.

After dreaming of Valentine's day promo in hot dashing leather jacket and with a swag walk, we got mini lecture on Lungi, but swag continued.

Episode was disappointing in every way. Hope today's is better!

It was a filler episode for me. I don't like watching solo Shalini without Shiv No offense to anyone. I think they kept it filler because of match.

Anyways, I am going to repeat myself, Shalini should be with Parshuram and not Shiv. Whole Dixit clan is afraid only of these two people

First Shalini scared hell out of Manish, and then Parshuram's name is still bugging Noodle Hair Guy. So, Parshuram - Shalini would be an ideal match.

Shiv's reason was same as the one @Sadiltl mentioned earlier, so I would have replied the same like I did earlier to that post. But you know something, I think it's better for Shiv to not trust Shalini with this kind of info because she is very impulsive and may blurt out.

Chintu is in his own happy fantasy island knowing Shiv is actually a hero, and would slowly evidently blindly support Shiv. I loved how kid insisted Shalini to please let Shiv manage the call. It's all because he knows the truth. Pihu baby is such a cutie one, who loves her Pa without even knowing the truth.

Yeah what they are showing in shalini are typical character flaws. They come out when in crisis. She doesnt mean anything what she says but in her anger and agitation, it comes out. Thats why I think Shalini is easy to connect. Most wives or mothers cant control their emotions.

Shiv, looks flawless but his major flaw is his "recklessness", either towards shalini's feelings or his own method of operation on the field. We need more instances to prove it. But the way he was drunk in Shalini's family party shows he doesnt care when it comes to people who he doesnt respect. How Shalini feels about it seems to matter less to him. Not sure yet.
