I was a toddler and my mom used to play this song in the tape recorder everyday whenever I used to get cranky.
Ek Do Teen was constantly played in radio in the 90s. And at least one dance performance in the festivals.
Honourable mention Chura ke dil mera and Akhiyaan Milaoon Kabhi

I used to listen to Kishore Kumar songs in my neighbour s music system.
Jum jum jum pakroo etc.
Nakrewali...
This was my first-ever Bollywood crush on a song.... “Aap Jaisa Koi” and I was just a tiny kid with zero Hindi knowledge and full confidence.
After hearing it on the radio again and again, I started singing it proudly at home. Everyone used to love my “performance” and demanded encores, a free concert, and a daily show!
Of course, now, I prefer to listen only 50s and 60s Hindi songs.
As I started my journey into the Hindi filmindustry quite late, my first memorable song hat been Chaiyya Chaiyya which I recognised when watching Dil Se as the song I had admired in Spike Lee's Inside Man (with Denzil Washington, Clive Owen and Judy Foster) - now getting to know the original one.
It has become my 'celebration song' because Dil Se made me look up SRK on the Internet which then made me dig deeper into Hindi Cinema.
It has to be these two songs because they are what comes to mind when I think about bw in my childhood. Pehla remains my favorite to this day.
I wonder why this movie flipped. I loved it.
