No women arenât recognised as assaulters yet, not unless cases involve children I suppose in Indian laws.
That could be the main reason, today's independent, working, educated women take advantages of it. đ.

Why are those places called red light areas? Itâs triggering to hear/read anything related to that. More than 90% of those are victims of rape, sex/human/child trafficking, physical abuse and all other types of abuse. Itâs sad that they are looked down upon and such an industry is still not taken down because evil men hold power in most places throughout the world
And these human trafficking is a very big racket đĄđĄ.
Sudha Murti successfully helped 3000 women prostitues to lead a Normal life. She faced lot of challenges in terms of befriending with them, they threw slippers and stones at her when she visited them initially and when she advised them it's not good to be in this dirty job. I was so saddened hearing they don't even know it's not right to be a prostitue. đ They were forced to believe what they are doing is just like any other job which gives them food, shelter and basics to live.
I think, one needs courage to enter into these areas. SM, did help those kids of 3000 women to get educated, get jobs, helped them differentiate right and wrong, lead notmal life.
It was so touching.. She is very simple, how did she break this thickned wall around those always makes me amazed.

What was meant to protect is being exploited unfortunately.
Hmm.
It's again similar like the reservation systems of India.
