11th June Update: Kali-Shitij marriage drama

Brij (Brijesh) asks whats the harm in Kalika's proposal? Veer says he knows she is a girl with good values & conduct but she is an illegal child. This is abt Shitij's future and the "maan-maryada" of the fly (family). Sal (Saloni) says he is an elder and she doesn'twant to hurt him but there are parents who instill good values in their child but still the child does illegal activities and they know Kali's (Kalika) brought uo and still she is better than those children. Brij adds for the parents suffering how is Kali to be blamed? Sal now says by calling Kali illegal child isn't his decn (decision) also unjustified and he is punishing for a mistake she didn't commit. Shitij tells his father that he accepts Kali's proposal and earlier as a son he considered him worthless and was ashamed of him but today he has accepted him. Veer says he is sorry and was being selfish but asks Sal to find out Kali's decn. Sal assures she will and Shitij says he will talk to Kali abt this. Sal calls Kali & comes to know she is at GP (Gaj Pratap) house.

GP House

Sal-Nah (Nahar) and Shitij meet Kali, GP, Padma and Shubra where Shitij bends on his knees and asks her hand in marriage Kali recollects her mother's pain & suffering and refuses the proposal. Sal asks her the reason. Kal says she hates marriage and how can she trust something which rendered pain in her mother's life and even her mother is suffering today hence she doesn't want to increase her pain. Sal replies I am happy with Nah and cannot imagine life without him. So are Bhaisa and Bhabhisa. GP explains her mother waited for the person to come and had he come then she wld have had a happy life which wld have changed her thinking. The lucky moment has come in her life and her mother had waited for her whole life. In their life Padma respected the sindoor and he never remarried. Shitij is from a good fly and she shd say yes. Shitij now requests Kali and all to come with him. Shubra is left sitting unhappily.

Hospital-room

Shitij shows Kakisa to Kali and tells her she is his mother. Your dad had hurt you mother and my mother gave lot of pain to his father and today she is suffering becoz of it. For one man's action she is hating all men similarly he shd too hate all women becoz of his mother. If she sees good then she must see bad also. He will wait for her yes his whole life and goes out.

Nah says her mother is suffered and she too will not like to see her like this. Once she gets well then it wld give her pain to see her like this hence she must act now. Sal says she doesn't want to pressurize her, she has seen more life than her and the one who fights for justice knows how to differentiate betn right & wrong so she can decide. As NS are abt to go Kali says she was wrong and becoz of one reln she distrusted all relns but now she is ready.Sal-Kali hug as Padma-GP watch happily. Nah tries to call Shitij but his mobile is switched off and says he must be sulking somewhere. Kali says she will talk to him.

Sal-nah inform that Kali accepted. All congratulate Veer. Bhabho tells Veer to start preparations and he tells her to bring sweets. Sal asks now her elder sister will become her 'devrani' so what shd she call now? Tara says that's the beauty of relns. Dheer says as a 'jethani' she can scold her. All laugh and Sal says that wont be needed.

Outside Temple

Kali meets Shitij and says after pondering over what Sal said, GP uncle said this happy day has come in her life, he shared abt his mother-father, its wrong to blame all men for one man's deed. Shtij asks what does her philosophy mean, is she criticizing or its self realization? Kali says he understands it but Shitij says he wants to hear it from her. Kali tells him her whole childhood she yearned for relns and when she got them she used to run away from them. But today she has so many relns welcoming her and if she remains adamant then she wont be able to forgive herself since she wld have only to blame herself. Shitij says so she is ready to marry him as Kali smiles.
