It’s about them sitting in the car together for the final leg of the journey so that nothing seems odd to Baapji and his family. If they had merely seen Mihir Tulsi in separate cars it wouldn’t have been so weird but to see Noina in the car with Mihir, all alone wouldn’t sit well with a traditional family.
