I think it's also this knowledge that she loves him so much that also emboldens him to treat her unfairly. Like she will always be there because he is her BDB. This BDB thing may have gotten to his head too much.

Well now he will have 5years to repent his mistakes. By the time he will get to year 5 it will have sunk in that he may never get to see her again and his BDB duties are expendable.

I think he is in for a tough time. He will see a side to Mannat he never thought he would see or ever would have imagined existed. How does he prove it's his child that he is trying to snatch? He never "married" the mother. Babaji can't come down to be a witness to his claims. And his brother will be already playing the fatherly role. He is in for a tough time. He will realise anger is not going to be winning him any awards pretty fast.

As much as I am mad at Vikrant for leaving Mannat at the altar, I don't want DK to be the father figure, Vikrant is the father whenever it's acknowledged ala Kuch Rang show.

I cannot forgive DK for creating this whole mess for Mannat in the 1st place like she didn't have enough problems with Vikrant alone 🙄

just getting my head round this discussion between you and Betty……there’s the child to consider, so wouldn’t want her to be told it’s DK …..and at a point in the future be told or find out it’s someone else, Mannat and Vik’s life story repeating on their daughter. Whatever grievance they may hold for each other, they shouldn’t lie to the child 😢

Having a really hard time thinking about journey awaiting Mannu and what Vik will be that justifies this 5 years of separation.

Exactly, child should not suffer because of parents issues and this is the reason I was mad at the leap that ManVik baby will face the same sorrow as ManVik 😭.

Couldn't the writers think of a positive story line showing how ManVik who came from broken families and parents who didn't want them, will give every happiness in the world to their baby 😭
