Bansal house is still there but Kajal has rights in her maternal property as well so she is asking for that

Kajal asking for her share is fine and she has every right but why is she living there talking dividing the house. Go to Bhansal home and asks for your share of the property so they can buy her out.

Hmmm, I'm not convinced sorry, she's taking about divide, like she takes one side and the rest take the other side. If she wants her inheritance as a daughter of the property then dadisa needs to give Kajal her share if she has the amount on hand or sell property and give Kajal her share but that's not what Kajal is talking about. Take it to court
