I think both fault, but as a older or powerful, Creatives are more on fault.
Bache ghalat hotey hain pur badho ko unhe sahi guide kurna padhta hai, na ke dhakey dey kur nikaal do 😳 ,

botha fault 1 person cannot be wrong bt they shud behave like mature ppl n forgrt abt their tiffs n work fr the betterment of dmg n do try n convince to get shilpa back otherwise its just gonna ruin the show.
