Awaz clearly nai aarahi thi but i think what he mean’t was that since Bajaj is the only one in his group (bajaj, awez, naghma, pranit and Ashnoor) jo openly sab ke saamne bol sakta hai aur apne mudde rakh sakta hai toh uska group ussey batata hai apne apne povs aur grievances aur phir usse bhejte hain to represent them all and their povs to the rest of the housemates.

This was the gist of what baseer was talking about if i recall correctly
